Current customers need to request their username and password from our support team by calling 786-718-1820 or firstname.lastname@example.org if you dont already have one. We will send you an email with the credentials as well as the link to download the application.
Please note that only 1 computer will be allowed per user for this application. Once you connect your softphone in your computer, the system will recognize your computer as it's assigned device. If you must change computers, the system will not allow you to access it and an error message will display "maximum limit reached". Please contact our support team to reset your softphone user limit.
