ActiveDial® Web Phone

The Web Dialer/Phone Interface is included on new Active UC  Plans. This feature can be found on your control panel (cp.activepbx.com) and is available for all user scopes. The web phone allows you to make and receive calls using the web dialer instead of a physical phone or softphone app. There is no need to download anything to use this feature. You will be able to use this feature using the audio already setup on your computer (speakers, headset, etc). Also, you must be logged in your control panel on a computer for the feature to remain active. All calls are linked to the user you are logged in with. Users are defined by your extension number.
