The Web Dialer/Phone Interface is included on new Active UC Plans. This feature can be found on your control panel (cp.activepbx.com) and is available for all user scopes. The web phone allows you to make and receive internal and external calls using the web dialer instead of a physical phone or softphone. This means you will be able to use this feature using the audio already setup on your computer (speakers, headset, etc). Also, you must be logged in your control panel on a computer.

Please be aware this device is not compatible with ActiveCRM using Tenfold
