Auto Attendant Management

An Auto Attendant aka Automated Attendant or IVR is a term commonly used in telephony to describe a voice menu system that allows a caller to hear a greeting  which is followed by a set of options that allows the caller to be transferred to an extensions, departments, voicemail accounts, or other recordings automatically.
