Call Forwarding from Call Queues

This guide is intended for customers on the newest platform who have Office Manager user scope permissions. If your main number is directed to a pre-set Call Queue (Group of extensions) your must place a forward on the control panel only (cp.activepbx.com). 

Placing a forward with a star code on a physical device will only forward calls from the user assigned to the device you are using the star code on.
